MzansiGo will delete or de-identify account information where legally permitted and where it is no longer needed for platform operation, support, safety, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Information that may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for lawful purposes, including trip records, payment records, Driver verification records, safety reports, tax or accounting records, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
